Iyasson operating hours are Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. EST. Any calls or messages received outside of operating hours, will receive a response the following business day.

Q1:Which size should I choose?

You can see description on each product listings page to find out the measurements of each garment type to determine your correct size.

Q2: How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items displayed are in stock, check the colour and size from boxes on the product page to find out which colour and sizes are available. Colors and sizes not available will not appear.

Q3: Can I buy a bikini top and bottom separately, even though they are pictured together?

I'm sorry to tell you that our bikinis are all sold in sets and cannot be bought separately.

 Q4: How can I find a specific product?

If you’re searching for a product you can use the search bar at the top of the page. We’ve got hundreds of products which you can browse to see if we've got your favorite.

 

ABOUT ORDER AND PAYMENT

Q1: Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you can shop at Iyasson without creating an account.

 Q2: What if I cannot place an order successfully online?

Firstly, please check out whether there are plug-ins in your explorer, which sometimes result in the failure of payment. If no way works, please contact us by email service@iyasson.com.

 Q3: How can I pay online?

PayPal is a secure and trusted payment processing service which allows you to shop online. You do not need to have a PayPal account before ordering from Iyasson.com.

At your Shopping Cart, choose Proceed to Checkout and you will be taken to the Order Information page. Under Payment Methods, select PayPal and then click on Continue Checkout. You will then go to PayPal where you can complete your order payment.

 Q4: Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

When you make a large, one-off purchase on our website, please contact us first at service@iyasson.com, we will offer you great discounts.

Q5: Can I get a price adjustment on an item I've already purchased?

As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock, promotions and demand from customers. This does mean an item can change in price after you've purchased it. Sadly, we're not able to adjust prices or offer a refund for the difference in price.

Q6: How to cancel my order?

Any order can be easily canceled before shipping from warehouse. Contact our customer service to request refund if you really want to. You will receive an order cancellation email notification when customer service is successful to cancel an order. Please ensure your email address is correct.

 

ABOUT DELIVERY

Q1: How do I track my order?

We will send you a confirmation email with the exact order number shortly after your order is placed.

 Q2: When will my products be delivered?

After your order is dispatched, the online tracking number and link will be sent to your email after your order is shipped within 24 hours.

 Q3: What if I'm not home when you deliver?

Deliveries will usually be made from Monday to Friday (also Saturday in the case of goods being delivered within 6 days under Standard delivery terms), between 9am and 6pm. A signature is required from the recipient upon the items' arrival. This service gives you peace of mind that your items will arrive safely and directly to your appointed location. All parcels will be held for picking up if it can't be signed or delivered. In that case, you can directly contact your local post office with your tracking  number.

 Q4: Do you ship your merchandise worldwide?

Yes, we ship our merchandise worldwide. Normally it will depend on the shipping way you choose.

ABOUT RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Q1: What if I order the wrong size or color?

Just email us and let us know as soon as possible and we will amend your order. If the item has already been sent to you then please return it using the enclosed return label to indicate your change in color and or size. Upon receipt we will then ship out the exchange for you. Be noted the shipping fee will be at your end. So please check the size and color carefully.

 Q2: How long will it take to receive a refund for returns?

The product you wish to return must be in its original condition, i.e. unworn, not altered or washed, with all tags attached. We will consider the overall condition of the returned product before making a refund. The whole processing will usually take 10-14 working days.
